Boehmite, also known as aluminium oxyhydroxide or γ‑alumina monohydrate, is a high‑purity crystalline aluminium hydroxide mineral. It features high thermal stability, good dispersibility, porous structure and excellent forming performance. After calcination, it can be converted into high‑activity alumina.
